A 1 200 mm belt in 12 m modules, so the run is designed as a line rather than assembled from whatever lengths happen to be in a yard. Every module repeats the same connection detail.
Conveyors are where most plants lose their capacity quietly: a transfer point that plugs, a belt that runs too fast for the product, a chute that was never designed for the moisture content. The mass balance covers the belt loading; the chute drawings cover the rest.
Modules are standard, so a replacement head section in five years is a repeat item, not a redesign.
