AG — Quarry Aggregate Plant
A 250 t/h quarry line producing three EN 12620 products, with the screen cut points fixed before the cone is sized.
AG 250 t/h 14 weeks
Quarry
AG is the aggregate plant: three products to EN 12620, 250 t/h, in a layout that fits a quarry bench rather than a greenfield site.
The screen is the plant here. Cut points are fixed from the product list first, and the cone is then sized around the circulating load those cut points actually produce — the other way round is how a line ends up 15% short on the 4/20 mm bin.
Fourteen weeks for the first set, nine for a repeat structure.
