2.4 × 6.0 m, three decks, and the cut points that decide what your product list looks like. The screen is where an aggregate plant either makes its specification or quietly fails it.
Deck media are quoted per application: woven mesh for close cuts, perforated plate for the top deck, rubber for wet or sticky feed. Media are consumables and are supplied on the same drawing number as the deck frame.
The screen runs above the cone in the closed circuit, so its oversize return chute is part of the same structure package.
