RC-C900 Cone Crusher
Secondary crushing in closed circuit with the RC-S2460, aimed at reduction ratio rather than raw throughput.
The RC-C900 runs closed-circuit with the RC-S2460 screen. Oversize returns to the cone; the finished product leaves through the bottom deck. The circulating load is calculated in the mass balance before the machine is ordered, not discovered on site.
A 900 mm mantle in a compact frame: the aim is a high reduction ratio in a small footprint, so the secondary stage fits inside the same structure as the screen above it.
Cavity liners are supplied against a drawing number, so a reline two years from now uses the same part as the first set.
