UG — Underground Transfer Plant
A 180 t/h transfer station designed to the roadway cross-section, inside 4.2 m of clear height.
UG 180 t/h 20 weeks
Underground
UG exists because a decline is not a quarry. Everything has to fit inside the roadway cross-section with 4.2 m of clear height, and it has to be assembled underground by the mine’s own crew on a shift schedule.
That constraint drives every part choice. The RC-J1200 frame is a bolted fabrication rather than a casting, so it ships in sections that pass the decline, and the assembly sequence is written before the first bolt is made — not improvised at the station.
180 t/h. Lower than the open-pit line on purpose: underground, the limit is the skip and the ventilation, not the crusher.
Process, step by step
-
Receiving from the decline haul
-
Primary crushing to skip size
-
Transfer to the skip loading point
