RC-VF1100 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder
Takes the dump and pulls the fines out before the jaw, so the crusher only sees the rock that actually needs breaking.
RC-VF1100 Feed 12 weeks
The RC-VF1100 is the first machine in the circuit and the only one that sees run-of-mine rock. It takes the truck or shovel dump, spreads it to a controlled bed depth, and scalps minus-100 mm through the bar section before anything reaches the jaw.
That bypass is the whole point. Fines that are already small enough do not need to be crushed, and every tonne of them that goes straight to the product belt is a tonne the jaw does not pay for in power and liner life.
The bar section is a replaceable cassette. When the bars wear oval, the cassette comes out and a new one goes in on the same bolting pattern — no cutting, no re-drilling.

What it does in the circuit
Receiving duty ahead of primary crushing: spreads the dump to a controlled bed depth and bypasses minus-100 mm around the jaw.
